About the Course
This program, designed by a physiotherapist and led by Coach Alex, LyfeMD’s kinesiologist, focuses on enhancing joint health and reducing hip pain. Each targeted joint program has 3 weeks of short sequences designed to simultaneously promote strength and mobility in these areas. Additionally, each program has multiple levels to help support you to continue to progress over time.
